some food are good for your teeth, they helps to prevent caries development.
the one at the top of the list is cheese! consumption of cheese-containing meals increased plaque calcium concentration. so, people, include edam or cheddar cheese in ur sandwich and eat cheese and tomato pizza! but dun quote this and eat cheese like rice.. cheese is high in saturated fat as well. i bet you won't wanna have clean white teeth but obesity and heart disease, do ya?
next on the list is, MILK! milk is high in calcium. casein in milk and cheese keep calcium and phosphate at your teeth and help remineralization.
apple stimulates saliva and also polyphenolic compoud which could be helpful too! an apple a day keeps the doctor and dentist, no, doctor and caries away!

just ate an apple, nice one, thanks to an old man in sainsbury's who told me the apples are good and cheap, it really is!
need to eat healthy now too, if i rajin, hehe, now got so many things to catch up after i hibernate for almost a week, hoho
haha, i think you need to eat lots of super apples to save you from flu. is it because of the weather? from what i remember, you have always been sick this year.. improve your lifestyle, dun sit in the room whole day. if free, climb the stairs and go pull sergeant's hair.. (a bit random ho)
